Land Acquisition - $5.000 million
College Station ISD currently has two tracts of land in its inventory, including 40.9 acres off of Sebesta Road close to Highway 6, and 100 acres on Arrington Road between the Indian Lakes and Nantucket neighborhoods.
- This project will include funds to purchase additional land within College Station ISD for future district facilities.
